At Oud Al Amal — عود الأمل, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products — premium luxury fragrances and raw agarwood — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Why we have this policy: Fragrances and oud products are personal care items that cannot be resold once opened or handled. This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity for all our customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@oudalamal.ae or via WhatsApp at +971509396431 with photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and offer a suitable resolution.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders that are refused at delivery without prior notice may be subject to a return shipping fee.
All purchases from Oud Al Amal constitute acceptance of this policy.
