Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (UAE)

  • Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days
  • Express Delivery: Next business day (available in select emirates)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across the UAE

International Shipping

  • We ship to select countries across the GCC and internationally
  • Delivery times vary by destination: typically 5–10 business days
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country

Shipping Fees Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.
